I had a great question asked of me yesterday concerning leadership:
Do you know the difference between Leadership and Management?
Leaders are in front setting the agenda and people are following them. Managers are in the middle trying to hold everything together.

Leaders are vision casters. Managers gather the information and tools to validate (or not) the vision.
Great managers recognize the best way to get the job done, who can do it the best and delegate it to them.

Cast the vision frequently, communicate it, repeat it, challenge leadership with the vision, remind them of the vision, repeat it again and again, and more and more people will “buy into” the vision. Under the leadership of our Gracious Lord, most anything is possible !!
