Thought you might like to see the new video Covenant Eyes just made. You might be interested to pass it on to others who might benefit from Internet accountability:

Thanks for your comments about Covenant Eyes software. It is very helpful to hear constructive comments from our customers. It's great to talk to others who are engaged in the fight for purity! God bless you and your ministry at Skelly Drive Baptist Church.

Bowden,

I am using my wife and a friend who is a pastor at another church - the one who recommended the software.

I used to use someone else who was a pastor, but I moved a year ago and we don't have the frequent contact we once did.

Marty,

Glad that you could benefit. I feel a ton better right now, knowing that my internet is being filtered as well as monitored.

Art-
Thanks for making me aware of this; I downloaded it onto my laptop immediately and will do so on the home comp later today. The temptations are just too frequent.

Re: xxxchurch accountability software--I downloaded the free thing twice and each time it quit working after a while. It simply quit sending the reports to my accountability partner and I quit receiving his. That didn't do me much good.

Bowden-
I'm using another pastor at my church and am using myself as accountability for my 16 year old son.

I recommend Covenant Eyes to my clients and keep a stack of their brochures in my office.

Who gets your reports? I'm not interested in a name; just curious if, as a pastor, your accountability partner is a church member/deacon or a friend/family member?
