simple church, simpler church, simply church or just church
You should read this from my friend, Joe Ball. Youth Ministry guru at the Kentucky Baptist Convention.
I have made statements to my church, recently, along these lines. Statements like, “We don’t do politics here.” Now every church has politics, but it is my hope to stamp them out.
Can a church grow beyond this small congregation in the Appalachian area of Kentucky and still have the feeling of Home?
I am trying. The new slogan I am using: Welcome home!

Thanks for fixing the link. What a great post about the sense of family in the congregation! May our churches strive to achieve that no matter what our attendance.
