My blog was down over most of the day (maybe some of the night?). Anyway, I kept getting email from folks telling me, but I was out of pocket. A member of my church scored a couple of free passes to the LPGA event being held here in Tulsa and I was with him this morning, as he was gracious enough to invite me to come along.
Some speculated that it had been sabatoged. That may have been true. Marty Duren posted this cryptic comment, “Where, oh where, has my little Art gone? Where, oh where, could he be?” and within 24 hours, my blog disappeared. Hmmmm.
Nah, it was just blogger being flakey, as usual. Anyway, a couple of comments surfaced after everything went out, so be sure and check the last post.

Maybe after your last post a lot of people flagged your blog as objectionable.
Then Blogger had to take it down for a day to check it out.
Guess I shouldn’t have done that to you … just kidding, I didn’t do it … really.

It has been reported to me your blog was down. I looked and it is a fact. Please pull it up. Remember you are no longer a youth minister. The blog must be up at all times. Deacons really frown on down blogs.

Notice the conflicting stories: LPGA tickets, then blogger being flakey. This is, of course, a cry for help.

If any of the women in your life read this, you are in BIG trouble.
Got a masogynistic streak? The girls I saw, including Anika Sorenstam, could beat you like a drum from the same tees you are hitting on.
And I will also go see the guys when they come to Southern Hills – if I can get in. I suspect I will be able to get there for at least a practice round.
