This will be a huge loss for the KBC, but I've heard Dan say several times that he has a pastor's heart. He has worked hard to try to lead KBC churches to become more proactive in evangelism ("go and tell" rather than "come and see"). One of the things I respect most about Dan Garland is that he doesn't ignore small churches. Many denomination leaders seem to have forgotten that most of our churches are small, but not Dan. I'm confident that he will continue to make a positive impact for the Kingdom, whether at Crestwood or at the KBC. Art,
