I'll admit I'm sitting here in my office in Memphis watching everything, so I'm a little detached, but it seems to me like the suits can talk all they want, but when a messenger steps up to the mike, they're warned to make it quick before they even get a word in. Shouldn't those in the "pulpit" be held to the same standard as those in the "pew"? Do the orders of business not apply to those on the podium? Just wondering... Even though it was defeated, I think the mood of the Congress favors CP giving. The 0 for Sutton did him no favors, though I talked to some of his supporters earlier in the day.
